Motivating people is a science and an art. The best motivators are highly motivated, passionate people themselves who seem to have a knack for getting the best out of people.

Whenever we go to a school or community, people always say, "I just can't seem to motivate my students. How do we fix these kids?"

Our first questions to them are, "Are you motivated? Are you passionate about your work with children?" If you're frustrated or bored, motivating youth will be a challenge.
